Deals Rewards Hub is a deals and rewards website. We are not a merchant, bank or lender, and we do not sell the products or process the purchases shown.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using dealsrewardshub.com (the “Site”), operated by Deals Rewards Hub (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this site does

The Site lists coupons, cash back rates and promotional offers from online merchants. When you click an offer, you are taken to the merchant's own website, where you can read the full terms and shop.

The Site is for general information only. It is not financial, credit, tax or legal advice, and it does not recommend a particular purchase for your situation. Offers are not ranked or scored, and the order of the list does not mean one offer is better than another.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. The offers shown are intended for people in the United States. Each merchant sets its own eligibility rules and offer terms, and they are always decided by the merchant, not by us.

4. Offers and third parties

Information comes from merchants. Prices, discounts, cash back rates, bonuses and other terms are taken from merchant websites and other public sources. They are variable and can change at any time. We try to keep them current but cannot guarantee they are complete, accurate or up to date.
The merchant's terms control. If anything on the Site differs from what the merchant shows, the merchant's information is correct. Please read it before you buy.
We are paid by some merchants. We may receive a commission when you click an offer or make an eligible purchase. This may affect which offers appear and how they are shown. See our Ad Disclosure.
Third-party sites. We do not own or control the websites you reach through our links, and we are not responsible for their content, products, security or privacy practices. Any purchase or agreement is between you and the merchant.

The Site may ask for your email address and phone number. Give only information that is accurate and belongs to you. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

If you submit your details, you agree that we and our partners may contact you about offers by email, phone call or text message, including calls or texts placed with automated technology, at the number or address you gave. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not required to use the Site or to apply for any offer. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us, replying STOP to a text message, or telling a caller to stop calling.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Ad Disclosure, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
If we do not enforce a term, that does not mean we have given it up.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. By using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
